Meet Our Founder & Chief Consultant
Deloris Roach is the founder and chief consultant for TLW Public Relations.
She has over 25 years of experience working for both public sector and private clients.
Before starting TLW Public Relations, she worked as the public information manager for the cities of Fairfield and Stockton, California, and the County of Alameda. She handled community outreach and various other responsibilities, including:
Roach also worked in marketing for a major grocery wholesaler before moving to public sector communications management. Since forming her company, she has worked with public and private sector clients to develop and implement award-winning publicity and marketing plans.
She has also designed and presented training sessions in various sectors. These include customer service, media relations, organizational revitalization for nonprofits, and publicity for small businesses.
She is a former elected public official for the City of Emeryville, California. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism from the University of California at Berkeley. and a Master of Arts degree in radio and television production from San Francisco State University.

We’ve been presented with several gold and platinum awards for our exceptional work from the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (an international organization). We were honored for press release and article writing, marketing plan development, and website design.
